As Managing Broker, Tim Walter oversees the Mount Pleasant North office for Carolina One Real Estate. Prior to taking on this role, Tim worked successfully in residential sales with Carolina One. The company recognized Tim as a Rookie of the Year after his first year with them and as a Top Producer.

Tim is a graduate of Wofford College with a B.A. degree in economics. Tim has over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry. From 2011-2016, Tim served as the Co-Chair of the MUSC Hollings Cancer Center Citizens Advisory Council and is active in the community.

For our clients, Tim requires the best service from all agents. In addition, a positive mindset for agents is critical to their success with their own businesses and for their clients.
